My daughter became pescatarian after watching Food Inc. I watched it to understand better and I will never look at food the same. Since then I have watched a couple of others on this list. All have impacted the choices I make around food now.I realize that the viewpoints presented are always skewed to meet whatever agenda the filmmaker is trying to meet. HOWEVER, I think that most of us are in the dark about the actual nutrition about the food we eat, about food labeling and food sources.Personally after having gone through some of these - I try to source my food locally, know where its coming from, I myself am not meatless but my meals are less meat based then they used to be and I know where my meats come from. I buy more organics (when I can afford them) and generally eat less processed foods. I still have a long way to go but i certainly feel better having more information. If watching them, take the extreme information with a grain of salt and use what you can to simply make better, more informed food choices.Tara Lowryhttps://www.care2.com/greenliving/11-health-documentaries-you-need-to-see.html ...
