Charles Curtis is the founder and President of Curtis Personalized Health Management Ltd. Charles has brought his passion for fitness, health, wellness and high service standards through many facets of business and the community and has redefined the new age of personal and workplace health and wellness. Charles is responsible for major client account issues, as well as supporting the site fitness centre Manager and team. He works directly with the manager to develop budgets, approve staffing increases, assist in recruitment and staffing contracts, business development and new program directions. Charles also oversees the Curtis Operations Committee to ensure new programming, creative ideas, systems, staff performance, and client service excellence is maintained. In addition, Charles has developed an active rehabilitation joint venture company that started up 4 active rehabilitation clinics, and he is involved in a joint venture to operate 12 Weeks to Weight Loss and Wellness, a behavioural change service. He has also co-authored three workbooks on goal setting and behavioural change, and is a ski, track, and swimming guide for the BC and Canadian disabled team.
Tim Hawke, BA
Director of Operations
A fitness industry veteran, Tim has been a fitness club manager, program director, personal trainer and group exercise instructor for both private and not-for-profit facilities in Vancouver, Edmonton and Winnipeg for the last 26 years. For the past 17 years, Tim has worked as a workplace wellness coordinator, personal trainer and group class instructor for Curtis and is now the Curtis Health Operations Manager. Tim’s extensive experience, coupled with his education (Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Kinetics and Applied Health) makes him one of the most knowledgeable and skilled fitness professionals in the industry today.
Jeannette Wolfe
Site Manager Jeannette Wolfe is certified as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Jeannette is an engaging and inclusive instructor, building community within the classes and sites that she leads. She has a passion for connecting with people and building relationships of camaraderie, support, and motivation. Jeannette has been a part of the Curtis Health team since 2018 and is an integral part of the Operations Team and Management Team.
Caroline Collins
Program Manager Caroline Collins has been a Personal Trainer for Curtis Health since 2009. Over the years she’s also been in the role of group fitness and yoga instructor, as well as corporate fitness facility manager. Caroline’s approach to health and fitness is holistic and reflective of her diverse experience. Her fitness niches include sport specific training, indoor cycling, HIIT, and anything that is fun and challenging. Her background in mindfulness, meditation and stress management are the foundation of her mind-body specialties, and are integrated into everything she does as a health and wellness professional.
Claire Hayes
Site Manager and Personal Training Admin
Claire Hayes has worked in the fitness industry for 23 years, with 20 years dedicated exclusively to individual coaching and personal training. She has dedicated 18 years of her life to competitive bodybuilding, as a competitive athlete and also competition prep coach. Being surrounded by amazing people of all shapes and sizes with a multitude of personal fitness goals, Claire has become adept at recognizing the need for personalization and realistic program instruction. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to one’s personal fitness.
Lina Emesayel
Site Lead and Fitness Instructor Lina began her fitness journey in 2018 when she became certified as a personal trainer with BCRPA. She has since become certified as a group fitness instructor and is also pursuing a certification with yoga. Lina strives to create the best customer experience for her members at First West Credit Union and is both creative and thorough in the programming and services that are offered to members.
Stephen Murray
Fitness Tester and Fitness CoordinatorStephen joined the Curtis Health team in 2022 after relocating from Dublin, Ireland. He holds a BSc in Sports Science and Health and a BSc in Computing in Information Technology. Since joining the company, Stephen has worked as a Fitness Coordinator and Tester. As a Fitness Tester, Stephen appreciates using data to improve performance and overall well-being.
Jason Chau
Site Leader and Fitness Tester Jason Chau has been a valued member of the Curtis Health team since joining in 2021. He began with the company as a Fitness Coordinator at one of our downtown locations and has since advanced within the company to take on roles of Site Lead and Fitness Tester. Jason has a background in health science and kinesiology, having graduated from UBC with his Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2022. Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing badminton.
Jennica Fulton
Fitness Coordinator and Instructor Jennica is an engaging and effective group fitness instructor who enjoys building relationships with class participants as well as fitness centre members. Before joining Curtis Health, Jennica had been working as an independent Health Coach, drawing from her previous experience in fitness centre management and personal training. Jennica has been trained in several modalities of fitness and is certified in yoga, nutrition, Zumba, personal training, and Group Fitness. Jennica joined Curtis Health in 2022 and has enjoyed putting together fitness centre challenges for members in a variety of themes to promote engagement and community.
Sukhwinder Singh
Personal Trainer Sukhwinder is proud to hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Chef. Additionally, he is an ISSA CERTIFIED Personal Trainer and holds CPR and First Aid certificates. While many know him as a professional trainer, few are aware that I have also pursued roles as a model and actor, featuring in several Punjabi movies and winning various modeling competitions. The most fulfilling aspect of my role as a fitness trainer is the opportunity to transform lives by assisting individuals in attaining their health, fitness, and overall well-being goals. Indeed, I firmly believe that fitness is not merely a component of life but instead a lifestyle in itself.
Jess Chung
Fitness Coordinator Jess’ passion in fitness comes from attending 8 years of personal training herself and deciding to change her path from being a fashion designer to a personal trainer.
She’s been a personal trainer for 2 years and very much into strength training. She’s grateful to help people to get a stronger body, healthier meal plan & happier mood to face everyday challenges.
David Nguyen
David is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer with the intention to share his passion for general fitness. He’s also a lifelong martial artist where he’s earned his Black Belt in Taekwondo and Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Outside of the gym environment, he enjoys watching anime and playing video games. Naruto is his favorite and Naruto’s quote “believe it” is also what he goes by in his day to day life.
David’s mindset in all dimensions of life is to keep it fun and playful. Just like on the martial arts mats, enjoying the journey and finding something you like is often advice he conveys. Find out what you love, and do it. “Believe it!”

Saurabh Sethi
Certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), Saurabh is an Elite Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Group Fitness Coach with over five years of hands-on experience in the health and wellness industry. His expertise includes strength training and conditioning, HIIT instruction, CPR and First Aid, and the development of customized fitness programs tailored to individual goals.
Currently serving as a Fitness Coordinator and Instructor at Curtis Health, Saurabh leads dynamic group training sessions that help and motivate clients through safe, effective, and engaging workouts. He prioritizes proper technique and safety while creating a fun and challenging environment. In addition to coaching, he plays a key role in team development—coordinating shifts, maintaining facility standards, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that upholds the company’s reputation.
Saurabh also brings over 15 years of experience performing and choreographing Bollywood dance for stage shows and cultural events, with training in diverse styles including classical, folk, hip-hop, and contemporary. This creative background adds rhythm, energy, and flair to his group fitness sessions, enhancing client engagement and enjoyment.
