Fitness Centre Facility

The Fitness Centre is equipped with:

• Treadmills with built-in entertainment • Two Spin bikes with the ability to stream spin workout videos • Elliptical trainers, recumbent bikes and a rower • Free weights and selectorized resistance training pieces.

The group training studio can be used to do your personal workout or to stream a workout video from your phone or tablet to the Smart TV in the studio. The studio is equipped with battle ropes, TRX, Rip Trainers, and chin up bars, in addition to mats, weights, steps, bosus, plyo boxes, stability balls and mats.

Fitness Centre Membership Info

Membership options include either prepaid 3, 6, & 12-month memberships or ongoing monthly paid memberships with a minimum term of 6 months. Term Memberships (prepaid).

12 month $ 300 (includes GST)

Ongoing Membership Contract (paid monthly)

$ 27.00 per month charged automatically to Visa/MasterCard – minimum six-month commitment, membership will keep going past six months.

Membership allows the use of the facility, day use lockers. and shower towels.

Virtual classes

Choose the premium membership option for $40 per month which gives you access to 15 live classes per week which you can do anywhere. Including HIIT, Muscle Up, Zumba, Yoga,  stretch breaks, meditation breaks, and much more! Email to ask for a sneak peek of this month’s schedule.

Beth Sherratt  – Site Lead

Beth is originally from Wales, UK, and moved to Vancouver at the start of summer 2022. Beth has a strong hospitality background and is keen to dive headfirst into her new career path of personal training and wellness. Beth is very team focused, positive and upbeat and strives to create an exceptional customer service experience for all members.

Stephen Murray – Coordinator

Stephen is a Sports Science and Health graduate from Technological University of Dublin, as well as a Computer Science graduate. From Ireland, he relocated to Vancouver in 2022 to experience new opportunities and help build his career in the fitness industry. Stephen has long held a passion for fitness and sport, playing soccer from the age of 8, representing his school in athletics and completing the Dublin City Marathon.

Alongside being a passionate sports fan, Stephen’s hobbies include traveling, such as trips around Europe and Southeast Asia, competing in fitness challenges such as Tough Mudder, escaping reality and going for a hike and catching up with friends!

In addition to his degrees, Stephen has a diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management from IBAT College, Dublin. Stephen is an avid believer in continuous learning to adapt your skill set, prepare for the unexpected, challenge your perspective, and ultimately pay it forward to clients and the younger generation, for this reason he is currently working to attain his personal training certificate from NASM.

Mae Keivani–  Fitness Coordinator

Mae found her way to coaching through her own experience as an athlete & competitive wushu player. The growth and empowerment she learned through physical and mental training gave her the courage to explore the science behind human performance.

Mae has a Bachelor’s in Sports Sciences and a Master’s in Human Kinetics, specializing in intervention & consultation. She also has a Master’s in Motor Control & Behaviour, giving her a unique lens to view on movement patterns. Mae works with individuals to become better versions of themselves, and her coaching philosophy is to appreciate and value individual differences and use them as tools to reach personal goals.
