Welcome to Crestwood Fitness Centre

All Curtis Health Fitness Coordinators at Crestwood Fitness Centre are Personal Trainers, and we are here to help you in person or virtually with your fitness goals.

We use a booking system for your convenience and to ensure facility capacity. 

We have streamlined some of our administration with online membership forms, waivers, and payment for your convenience. Open the tabs below for details and feel free to ask any questions at

For now, the fitness classes will remain online via zoom, we will LIVE stream some classes in the Fitness Centre at noon and 1 pm as requested.

Meanwhile we have LIVE on-line, and recorded classes, meditation and stretch breaks as well as a library of resources available on our THRIVE website. for our active members. Your Fitness Coordinators are also available to support you with your fitness and wellness needs.


Returning Member

Read and sign the new membership form,  Once we have received this form with your electronic signature, we will reactivate your membership and have fitness centre access added to your building access card. Please allow 24 business hours for access to be set up.

New Member

Crestwood Fitness is in Crestwood Corporate Park, and memberships are available to Peterson tenants only. All membership options are listed on the membership form.  There is a new monthly membership option of $22.00 (plus GST) per month, with a minimum commitment of three months. To sign up for a membership please fill out the Crestwood Fitness Centre Membership form.

Guests and trials are not permitted due to safety and liability, we need to know who is in the facility. It is important everyone has filled out a waiver. Any person caught bringing guests, or sharing their pass will have their membership terminated.

Book Your Workout

Pre-book your workout time

These procedures are to control the number of participants in the facility per hour and create a pleasant and safe environment.

You will need to pre-book a workout time, there is no dropping in, this is to ensure there is enough room. Bookings are for 60 minutes, if your workout is shorter that is fine, but at this time the max length will be 60 min to allow space for all members. If a time slot is full, we will take a waiting list, and if someone cancels you will be notified automatically. You will be able to book 72 hours (3 days) in advance. If you are not able to make a booked workout time, and do not cancel the booking your booking privileges will be suspended for a week. To book your workout please click here.

Monday through Friday 5:30 am to 9pm (last booking 8pm)

To book a workout or join the online zoom classes you will need to reactive your membership.

If you are not working onsite or do not yet feel safe to return to the fitness centre, not a problem, your membership will remain frozen. If you are unsure about returning, email and arrange a time to meet with us and we can tour you through the facility and speak to about the changes we have implemented. Your safety is our #1 priority.

Please Note:

Please arrive no more than 5 min prior to your booked workout time. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. As you enter, please use the hand sanitizer, and check in with the front desk, prior to entering the change rooms.
Members are requested to respect other users’ personal space, and to wipe all the equipment before and after use. Any member not following these guidelines will be asked to leave the facility and have their booking privileges suspended for 1 week.

Members are encouraged to wear a mask while entering the Fitness Centre, in the change rooms, and while moving about the facility, but you can remove your mask while actively working out.

Group Fitness

Class Schedule 

The group fitness classes, stretch and meditation breaks will continue to be offered via zoom, if you would like to participate in this schedule please reactivate (or purchase) your membership, see Membership tab above.  We are hoping to begin offering some live classes in the coming months, but we will keep the zoom classes running as well, as we are realizing many people may be working part time in the office and part time at home.

Personal Training
Curtis Health has a variety of Personal Training services to meet you where you are. We offer packages of 30 minute and 60 minute sessions, both virtual and/or face to face. Monthly Personal Training Subscriptions provide accountability and our Pre-Paid options provide scheduling flexibility.

Staff Bios

Laurie Barnetson – Manager Crestwood Fitness

Laurie has an extensive background in workplace wellness, first as the Fitness Coordinator at Work-Safe BC for 15 years, then with Curtis Personalized Health since 2001. A well-known Fitness Conference Presenter, Instructor, and Personal Trainer, Laurie is focused on providing excellent customer service and a fun environment for all. A self-proclaimed “gym-rat”, her love of travel, nature, food, and hiking helps her maintain balance.
Three words that describe Laurie: Funny, Enthusiastic, Positive.

Jason – Coordinator

Jason is a 5th year Kinesiology student at the University of British Columbia. Being a new member of the fitness industry, he is motivated and eager to inspire others to be more physically active. Using his knowledge from the classroom, he wishes to create a meaningful impact with those that he works with, helping them both physically and mentally.

Jason’s passion for fitness started at a young age, with an interest in badminton. Today he continues to play badminton and competes in local tournaments in the Vancouver area. Outside of fitness, he is known for his fashionable style and can be found browsing the latest fashion trends in the shopping mall.


Michelle W – Instructor

Michelle has always enjoyed movement. She believes exercise is a true celebration of the body. For almost twenty years, she has been teaching fitness and yoga classes to athletes, children, seniors, and drug rehab patients. (There are lots of stories to share from her time teaching at Club Med Punta Cana and Rancho La Puerta). In 2014 she was nominated for the Ethel Tibbits Women of Distinction Awards for her contribution of fitness in the community. Over the years she has placed top 3 in the Victoria marathon in her age category, as well as top 100 women in the Vancouver sun run. Off the mat and out of her sneakers, Michelle is pursuing a career as a voice over artist for cartoons and audiobooks. She incorporates mindfulness, laughter, and good tunes into all her classes.
