Personal Trainers

Improve your health and wellness with support from our qualified and experienced personal trainers.

Our trainers will work with you to develop a customized fitness plan designed to meet your fitness goals and fit your busy schedule. Whether you are a beginner, overcoming a plateau, rehabilitating from an injury or looking for sport-specific workouts, our trainers will motivate and support you in each session.

You can book 1, 4, 8 or 12 sessions, either privately or with a friend, 30 or 60 minutes. Your first meeting will include a discussion of your goals and your current fitness level to help you achieve your goals faster.

Curtis Health Personal Trainers

Caroline Chretien

Caroline Chretien has been a Personal Trainer for Curtis Health since 2009. Over the years she’s also been in the role of group fitness and yoga instructor, as well as corporate fitness facility manager.

Caroline’s approach to health and fitness is holistic and reflective of her diverse experience. Her fitness niches include sport specific training, indoor cycling, HIIT, and anything that is fun and challenging.

Her background in mindfulness, meditation and stress management are the foundation of her mind-body specialties, and are integrated into everything she does as a health and wellness professional.

 

Angela Dyck

Angela is a true believer in the importance that fitness plays on a person’s quality of life. Angela recognizes that strength and cardiovascular training, along with proper nutrition and rest, will fight disease and keep us playing an active role in the game of life. Why sit on the sidelines when you can play!?

Angela’s goal as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer is to help clients explore what it is that will keep them passionate about fitness and about making it a part of their life for the long-term.

 

Nancy ColesNancy Coles

Nancy is a Holistic Nutritionist as well as a personal trainer that has been involved in the health and fitness world for over 25 years.

As a holistic nutritionist, she assists clients in achieving goals and reaching optimal health and balance through a positive transformation that is suitable for their lifestyle. Whatever your goals or issues, I would love to assist you in reaching your goals and finding a healthier you.

 

Marika Schneider

Marika is an Fitness and Health Promotion Graduate from Conestoga college. She enjoys teaching Group Fitness classes and Personal Training. Marika loves to be outdoors; when she’s not in the gym she is either hiking, skiing, or surfing. Marika recently moved out to BC from the small town of Listowel, Ontario, where she grew up. She loves to motivate people and find their interests, exercise is so much more than just in a gym. She hopes to get more certifications to teach a variety classes starting with Pilates. Everyone person is different and has a unique story, Marika works hard to get to know people and work with them to make their story a success.

 

Claire HayesClaire Hayes

Claire Hayes has worked in the fitness industry for 23 years, with 20 years dedicated exclusively to individual coaching and personal training. She has dedicated 18 years of her life to competitive bodybuilding, as a competitive athlete and also competition prep coach.

Being surrounded by amazing people of all shapes and sizes with a multitude of personal fitness goals, Claire has become adept at recognizing the need for personalization and realistic program instruction. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to one’s personal fitness.

Claire loves watching her clients exceed their own expectations whilst developing a belief in themselves and their previously unknown abilities. She is a major fan of anyone working hard towards progression in any area of life. She loves her dogs and hopes to add more to her pack!
