Keeping Healthy

The pandemic continues and we can only do our best in what we can control, keeping healthy is one of them. I want to share with you my best tips on how to live a healthy lifestyle.

  • Sleep is a must, preferably 7-8 hours and keeping the same sleep cycle
  • Drink water and lots of it, I start every morning with a glass of lemon water
  • Move daily and stretch often
  • The outdoors is free medicine – surround yourself by the trees
  • A variety of vegetables – all the colors, lots of greens
  • Keep refined sugar to a minimum
  • Take time to be quiet
  • Be positive
  • Read
  • Eat a healthy variety of wholesome foods
  • Make your own meals
