The pandemic continues and we can only do our best in what we can control, keeping healthy is one of them. I want to share with you my best tips on how to live a healthy lifestyle.
- Sleep is a must, preferably 7-8 hours and keeping the same sleep cycle
- Drink water and lots of it, I start every morning with a glass of lemon water
- Move daily and stretch often
- The outdoors is free medicine – surround yourself by the trees
- A variety of vegetables – all the colors, lots of greens
- Keep refined sugar to a minimum
- Take time to be quiet
- Be positive
- Read
- Eat a healthy variety of wholesome foods
- Make your own meals
