While we are not training you for the Olympics, we are still staying on top of the latest information on high-intensity exercise. According to an article published March 9, 2021; the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, recommends that you SHOULD wear a mask while exercising indoors, even during high-intensity training. “The Future is Now” is a chance to celebrate and acknowledge the transformative work that Black Canadians and their communities are doing now. For the month of February, there are many activities and resources that you can tap into to learn more. Check out the Government of Canada’s website to learn more about Black History Month. There you can find out past and present people that have helped shape and change our country. Let us do our part to bring change, to recognize, love, and stop hate.
